Boublil and Schӧnberg’s Do You Hear the People Sing? is returning to Manila in a lavish two-night fundraising concert that celebrates the legacy of the duo behind some of the biggest and most adored musicals in history.

It has been fifty years since Boublil and Schönberg first met and began a collaboration that would change the course of musical theatre history with their musicals Les Misérables and Miss Saigon.

Do You Hear The People Sing? is the definitive celebration of the work of Boublil & Schönberg and includes not only hits from Les Misérables and Miss Saigon but also Martin Guerre, The Pirate Queen and their very first musical together, La Révolution Française.

Featuring an all-star lineup of international and local musical theatre artists, accompanied by a full orchestra and chorus, the concert will showcase some of the most beloved songs from the Tony Award-winning duo, and includes music never before heard from their legendary musicals.

Organized by Newport World Resorts and Enda Markey, in partnership with Metrobank VISA, Do You Hear The People Sing? shines on the grand stage of Newport Performing Arts Theater this August 2 and 3 for the beneficiary communities of the Upskills+ Foundation.
